Every year around this time, our PKC team loves sharing our go-to picks for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. This year, in honour of Irish Whisky Day on March 3rd, we’re also raising a glass to our favorite Irish whiskys. To round off the celebration, we leave you with a traditional Irish toast: “May the best day of your past be the worst day of your future.” Sláinte!
