How To Prepare

Add egg white into a small cheater tin and set aside. In a large tin, add Forty Creek Barrel Select whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters of choice. Add the egg whites into the cocktail and dry shake. Add ice, and shake again, extra hard, until the outside of the tin is cold with condensation. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with bitters.
