Ingredients

  • 1 oz
  • 1 oz
    Cove Creamery Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (or another flavour of your choice)
  • 1 oz
    Simple Syrup
  • 1
    Wooden Walls Ice Sphere (or ice cubes)
  • Fresh Blueberries (for garnish)
  • White Chocolate Shavings (for garnish)

How To Prepare

Place ice sphere in a glass and pour in the Brigus Blueberry Liqueur. Separately, mix or blend the Evening Tide Vodka, ice cream, and simple syrup until the mixture is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture over the centre of the ice sphere (or delicately use the back of a spoon) on top of the blueberry liqueur to create the “Junction.” Garnish with fresh blueberries and white chocolate shavings.
