¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice

½ ozHoney Syrup*

2-3 SlicesFresh Ginger
How To Prepare
In a shaker, muddle the ginger pieces with the lemon juice and honey syrup. Add the Crown Royal Deluxe Whisky and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake hard, and fine strain in a rocks glass filled with cubes. Garnish with a lemon slice and a dash of aromatic bitters.
*Honey syrup: Blend 50% honey and 50% hot water (not boiling) until well diluted. Leave cool, store in the fridge.
