How To Prepare
Pour boiling water into an Irish coffee mug and let it sit for a minute or two to warm the glass. Once the glass is warmed, dump the water. Add simple syrup and Jameson. Stir, then add your espresso. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a trimmed vanilla bean or stick of cinnamon. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
