How To Prepare
Add Stalk and Barrel Whisky, Taylors LBV Port, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker, and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with bitters and lemon zest.
