    Sparkling Wine
  • ½ oz
    Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz
    Simple Syrup

How To Prepare

Use a citrus peeler to make a long lemon peel spiral and place the lemon peel in a circle inside the glass, holding one end of the peel over the top of the glass to secure it in place. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. Combine tequila, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into prepared cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine.
