Bold, deep cherry red colour. Ripe, complex aromas of wild berries and dark cherry fruit, opening out into spicy notes of oak with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it starts smooth, elegant and warm with bramble fruit flavours, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and hints of toffee on the long, satisfying finish. Cellar for up to 3 years and this wine will continue to mature. Pair with game and other red meats, roast pork, paella, varied tapas or rich pasta dishes.
