Straw yellow colour with greenish hues and its fresh, sapid, slightly bitter taste and intense, persistent nose from the center of the classic area for production of the wine of the same name. Bright straw note of apricot. Rich and full in the mouth with a long fruity and persistent aftertaste. Excellent for an aperitif recommend with hors d’oevre, shellfish and fish dishes in general.
