One the nose it is fruity, reminiscent of cherry but with the intense and rustic charm of the Chianti character; smooth yet nice acidy with delicate tannins. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious -easy to drink as an aperitif or with pasta dishes with meat or tomato sauces, white meats, fresh or medium mature chesses and cure meats.
