The lively acidity makes it extraordinary fresh. Bitterness at the back of the mouth, results on a long aftertaste. It is recommended to be drunk between 5 to 7 degrees C. Daura is the first beer in Spain to guarantee a gluten content below 3ppm. Health Canada considers foods containing levels of gluten not exceeding 20ppm to be gluten-free.
