A nose bursting with aromas of red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry) features a wildish hint of brambles that is so typical of the Hautes-Côtes, along with deep, spicy nuances (cumin, thyme) and a hint of camphor. Starts out very pleasing on the palate, boasting remarkable balance and length, this wine is vibrant and fresh yet elegant. It finishes with a subtle hint of liquorice and refreshing salinity.
