Innis & Gunn Canadian Cherrywood 500ml Bottle
Taste: A sweet, somewhat bitter cherry makes the first appearance, followed by the rich maltiness of the toffee. Your typical scotch ale notes of vanilla, some caramel and a sting of alcohol are very much present in this beer. Slight woodiness from the cherrywood and oak, but nowhere as woodsey as most of Innis & Gunn’s offerings. More sweet, less woody.
