Appearance: Clear & translucent. Nose: Truffle before oxidation, then flamed banana, lychee, passion fruit. Palate: Round & supple. Finish: Slightly peppery. The fermented molasses is then distilled in a copper still, preserving the unique characteristics of the molasses. This crucial step in the production process ensures that each sip of Kiyomi is infused with the authenticity and richness of Okinawa’s sugarcane.
