Leaning Post Clockwork Skin Fermented White

This wine represents the evolving nature of wine in Niagara. From a cool vintage, this wine brings distinctly floral and bright aromas and can benefit from decanting for a minimum of 15 mins as the aromatics change dramatically over this time. Elderflower, honeysuckle, and mandarin oranges, dominate the front of the nose, but with more air, honey, lemon curd, sweet Thai basil and lemon grass all eventually appear. The palate is rich and textured. It is all tied together with nice acidity, gorgeous texture and a seamof fine tannin. Chill and drink as it warms to reveal new facets of its unique personality.
