An ultra-pale cherry pink in the glass, this wine offers an expressive nose of delicate red berries, orange blossom, and subtle elderflower, lifted by cool minty undertones. The palate echoes the vibrant aromatics with concentrated red fruit and tart orange berry flavours. A hint of sweetness is beautifully balanced by lively acidity and a pronounced mineral streak, all carried by a textured mid-palate that adds depth and finesse.
