Pablo Claro Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano
Clean, tightly wound, very herbal and resinous in a Mediterranean fashion, with fresh-tart, also with attractive dried red fruit, cranberries and cherries and more. The palate is juicy and balanced, medium-full bodied at 13.5% alcohol declared, and an overall, lovely drinkability. Wood is a minor and positive flavour contribution. Length and depth are very good. Solid wine, complex and ready to drink or hold 2-4 years. Demeter-certified biodynamic, vegan-friendly.
