Planteray Isle of Fiji Rum

Planteray Rum Isle of Fiji is made with hand-cut Fijian sugarcane that thrives in this terroir?s volcanic soil and crystal-clear water. Double ageing in both Fiji and south – west France gives this rum warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins and a rich, round finish. Planteray Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delicious rum is made using all local Fijian sugar cane that is turned to molasses in the local mill in Lautoka town. Isle of Fiji is a perfect reflection of it’s Pacific terroir. From pristine lagoons to lush jungles. Rums from Fiji are traditionally a blend of lean floral and light column stills and heavily flavourful, aromatic rums from the pot stills. This is a great sipping run with rich, well balanced noted of tropical fruits, soft spices and subtle chocolate with a roundness of smoke.
