This berry has considerable natural sourness due to its high malic acid content and as a result, the flavours of the berry stand second to the unique acid profile that shines through in this beer. With a bright orange and slightly hazy appearance, the complex acid profile dominates the experience on the palate, with subtle flavours of peach, pear and pineapple on the finish. This beer is wonderfully tangy, refreshing and ready to enjoy at 4.8%!
