Crafted in the traditional method from 100% Cabernet Franc sourced from our Redstone Vineyard, the juice was pressed right away with minimal skin contact. The result is a beautiful Brut Sparkling wine with very delicate aromas of raspberry, rose and blood orange. The palate is reminiscent of strawberries and cream. This sparkling is fresh and easy drinking with a long finish.
