Youthful ruby red in colour. District American Oak on the nose, but backed up with some generous spicy Shiraz fruit – white pepper and black olives. Soft and supple palate, low tannin, good fruit and generous oak. The lighter style of the wine makes it a perfect quaffing partner to chili con carne, mild curry dishes and hearty meat stew.
