Rosewood Riesling AF
Riesling AF is an “off-dry” Riesling. Rosewood stopped the fermentation (AF = arrested fermentation) on 60% of this Riesling to leave a small balance of residual sugar on the finished wine. 40% of the final blend was fermented completely dry. Stainless steel aged on fine lees for 11 months then bottled unfined after filtration to prevent re-fermentation.
