Tawse Spark Blend

This Traditional Method Sparkling wine is made from a blend of 72% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Gris and 5% Chardonnay. Having spent at least 24 months on the lees, this dry sparkling wine displays aromas of apple, citrus and marzipan. The palate is clean and crisp, showing flavours of green apple, lemon and fresh bread. The mousse is fine, and the finish is balanced and long.
