Yllera Verdejo Vendimia Nocturna
A dry wine with a straw colour with green reflections. Clean on the nose with intense and complex aromas of green apples, lemon zest, grapefruit and lychee. On the palate much the same as on the nose with a hint of moss and anise seed. A long finish with the slightly bitter finish, so typical for Verdejo. Ideal with soft cheeses (goat, brie etc.), spicy rice dishes(Paella,Risottos), White meats and of course all fish and seafood. Gold Medal at Mundus Vini International Wine Challenge. Gold Medal at Berlin Wine Trophy.
