Zenato Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
This Valpolicella is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Sangiovese grapes, mainly cultivated in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. Ruby red in colour. On the nose delicate, reminiscent of maraschino cherries and wild berries. The palate is dry, velvety, with a good structure, full-bodied. Serving recommendations are pasta with different sauces, white meat, roasted or grilled.
