Many of us have already discovered the refreshing quality of a crisp rosé on a warm summers day. As the temperatures continue to rise you will see more and more new additions to the rosé section of your local liquor store. Rosés are usually high in natural acidity making them all the more food friendly and perfect for outdoor dining (think BBQ’s and picnics).
