Strawberry Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 cups
  • 1 ½
    Simple Syrup
  • 2
    limes, Juiced (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 lb
    Fresh Strawberries
  • 3 cups
    Club Soda
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs

How To Prepare

Muddle the simple syrup, lime juice, and strawberries in the bottom of a pitcher. Stir in the gin and soda and pack the pitcher full of ice. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with strawberry, mint, and lime.

You can make this pitcher ahead of time; mix everything except the soda and ice, then refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in soda and pack with ice.
