Iron Rock Le Fer Du Monde Oak Aged Belgian Tripel

Iron Rock’s third cellar series release, Le Fer Du Monde 2025. This oak-aged Belgian Tripel is a rich and complex offering. This golden hue and effervescent carbonation lead to a bouquet of fruit and spice. On the palate are rich notes of dark fruit, vanilla, and a touch of oak, balanced by subtle alcohol warmth. The finish is long and smooth, with a harmonious blend of sweetness and firm bitterness. Enjoyable, ideally with an abettor, fresh or aged upwards of 24-36 months to allow flavours to develop and mature. Optimal aging will vary based on personal preference.
