Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask Single Malt Scotch

A small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Caribbean rum barrels. The nose features fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, Parma violets and custard Danish. On the palate you discover layers of muscovado sugar, iced buns and cinder toffee bound with lotus biscuits, nougat and coconut cream. Finishing with sweet butterscotch and chocolate eclairs fading into a warming cake spice linger.
