Frozen in Time Cloudberry Sparkling
Cloudberry sparkling is a wine unique in the world. There is no fruit that better expresses the unique wine of Newfoundland than cloudberries, this sparkling version of our Cloudberry wine is produced from fresh cloudberries and fermented. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in tanks for 4 months before being filtered, bottled, and finally sparkled. Exquisitely sweet and refreshing, cloudberry is perfectly balanced with a “drink-me-now”. Sweet with bright, festive yellow colors, aromas and flavors.
