This deep ruby-red wine offers a red fruit scented nose of currants, sarsaparilla, and plum, along with delicate hints of cedar, graphite, and blond tobacco. Nible on the entry, it reveals a good volume mid-palate and a delicious combination of freshness and roundness. Its fine tannins complement the oak very well, resulting in a powerful wine with a long persistence and great aging potential.
