Buying Product

NLC’s primary focus during the COVID-19 pandemic has consistently been on the health and safety of employees and customers. During this time, we are pleased to continue to offer online ordering service province-wide. When ordering online, please search inventory of your desired products at your preferred stores online, select “add to cart” and complete your order for pick-up. Orders submitted online will be sent to your selected location for fulfillment.
When placing an order for pick-up, customers are reminded that once they are notified their order is ready, they will have to the end of business the following day to pick it up, at which time the product will be returned to the store’s inventory.

Online Orders

  • Customer to register/login to online account
  • Customer will browse the site and add products to their cart, verify their preferred pick-up store has inventory, and proceed through Checkout to Place their order

  • Once the Store has filled the order, the customer will receive an email that their order is ready.
  • Customer will go to specified store to pay and retrieve their order

Steps To Order Online

Login

Register online to receive a password to place an order. Once you have received your password, please proceed to Login.
Step 2

Add products
to Cart

Search desired product and select “Add to Cart” for product available at your preferred store location. Follow steps to checkout.
Step 3

Order
Confirmation

You will receive two confirmations. 1) that your order has been received and 2) when your order is available for pick-up. Customers are reminded that once they are notified their order is ready they will have to the end of business the following day to pick it up, at which time the product will be returned to the store’s inventory.

Payment
At Store

While NLC is now accepting all regular methods of payment, we strongly encourage the use of TAP. However, pin pads are available and will be sanitized before and after each transaction.

  • Physical distancing will be promoted and encouraged in-store.
