NLC’s primary focus during the spread of COVID-19 is on the health and safety of its employees and customers. As such, Corporate NLC Liquor Stores will close to the general public until further notice, effective end of business Friday, March 20th. As a result of NLC Stores locations being closed to the general public, NLC is offering an order service to its customers instead. Customer will be able to place an order via phone directly to a store or online at nlliquor.com.

Phone Orders

  • Customer may call their nearest Liquor store directly to place an order
  • Stores will take order over the phone
  • Once the store has filled the order, the customer will receive a call back from the store to determine a pick up time
  • Customer will go to specified store to pay and retrieve order

Online Orders

  • Customer will visit https://nlliquor.com
  • Customer will complete and submit online order form
  • Once the store has filled the order, the customer will receive an email with order pick-up time
  • Customer will go to specified store to pay and retrieve order

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

  • NLC Liquor Stores will be accepting non-cash methods of payment only – via debit and credit card. While we strongly encourage the use of TAP, pin pads are available, and will be sanitized before and after each transaction;
  • NLC Liquor Stores will only serve one customer at a time and enforce appropriate physical distancing both inside and outside of stores;
  • NLC Liquor Stores will not accept gift cards and redeemable offers such as beer caps/coupons – these methods of payment may be redeemed at a later time;
  • NLC Liquor Stores have installed plexiglass partitions at pick-up lanes.
  • When placing an order for pick-up, customers are advised that orders will be kept for a maximum of 24 hours after their assigned pick-up time. After this time, the order will be voided and product returned to inventory.
