This festive take on a sour ale uses our core Saltwater Sour as its base and after primary fermentation, Dildo Brewing age the beer on hundreds of kilograms of delicious, bright cranberry puree. The result is a tart, light and thirst quenching sour ale that pours a light pink hue. This type of fruited gose complements seafood like Mussels with fresh lemon. Other pairings include egg dishes with creamy sauces or vibrant cheeses and especially cured meats like prosciutto or capicola.
