Freixenet Italian Rose
A blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, this bubbly offers fragrant flavours of summer fruits and is light and refreshing. On the nose, those summer fruit flavours are apparent, with floral notes of white blossom and elderflower. On the palate, lovely and dry with crisp acidity, crunchy apple flavours lead to those same red summer fruits of raspberries, cherries and strawberries. A long finish and creamy, not-too-fizzy mousse add to this Italian rosé’s appeal.
