Jesus Yllera 2016. A delicious elegant and complex wine- It comes from 50 year old vines and it is hand harvested. Cherry red color, deep and intense. Expressive and quite aromatic nose, well balanced and elegant. On the palate black fruits (plum, blackberry, blueberry) with intense notes of vanilla, cocoa, licorice, toast and beautiful spicy and mineral notes (flint, pencil lead). Full-bodied, yet elegant and complex. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Nice acidity that makes it fresh with a long and elegant finish. Drink now or keep.
