Traditional Canadian rye spices, ginger, green apples, maple, and light smoke. It’s light up front, pleasantly sweet but not overly sweet, green apple skin, and soft caramel notes. Again the bitter apple skin, the rye spice lingers on the tongue but doesn’t coat the throat; it’s a surprisingly dry finish for how sweet Liquormen’s is up front. Some light woodiness but really the tongue coating spice is the highlight here.
