The Newfoundland Distillery Co Aperitif No.1
A fresh, bittersweet liqueur made using local botanicals, inspired by classic aperitifs. This was produced in partnership with Terre in St John’s and uses partridgeberry, rowanberry, sweet gale, bake apple and dandelion root as the base for it’s flavours. Best served chilled, with soda or tonic, or in other cocktails.
