Since the year 2000 “Open That Bottle Night” has been celebrated on the last Saturday of February each year – occurring on the 24th of February in 2024. While meant to encourage people to open and share a special bottle of wine, we here at the NLC are also including some of our favourite spirits as well. Grab a few friends on the 24^th, make some delicious food and pop that bottle you’ve been waiting to try!
